We at dtc are passionate about all things design but most notably typography and the web; which is why we are sponsoring Ampersand Conference — the first conference dedicated to discussing how best we can bring type to the web. We’re incredibly excited to be a part of something that we feel will help to address the future of web typography.

One of the main reasons we feel that web typography is such a big concern is brand consistency, for our clients it’s knowing that we can pick the right typeface for your logo and brand and have the confidence that it will translate well onto an online environment. With handheld devices (iPads, iPhones, Android) becoming more and more popular there is every reason that we should begin to understand how we can translate something as simple as a printed document onto a digital environment without the need to compromise design or typographic choices.
