Customer First Solutions came to us in need of a new design for their website that better communicated their helpful tools for capturing customer feedback. Already a staple part of the Argos collection point, their BuzzBox has been used to capture feedback and help to improve customer service operations of companies such as AirFrance, Orange and EDF Energy.
