The thirst for Gin was still strong after our gin-making Workshop at the Edinburgh Gin Distillery. Read more about our trip.
After a heavy discussion angled towards a holiday themed pun, the team (Mike) arrived at “Festive Spirit” for the title.
The gin label included a limited run that was twice-printed in a white spot colour ink on 185 GSM G.F Smith Colorplan “Ebony-black” stock. Due to the fact the label was twice printed, we were able to achieve a rich contrast between the text on the front and the foliage illustration around the label, which was printed just once.
We’re all very pleased with the outcome of the label—but as nice as it turned out, it’s what’s inside that matters the most. The gin itself has a crystal clear appearance and consists of creamy citrus and rich juniper flavours, backed up by the aroma of a nutty and earthy juniper with basil and pungent fresh coriander.
